    Responsibilities

    • You will serve as a maintenance worker performing a variety of project maintenance tasks which include: painting, simple repairs, usage of water hose and broom to clean surfaces.
    • Pick up and dispose of trash and branches for proper disposal. Operate hand and motor tools safely. Use shovels to dig holes.
    • Gather supplies and tools. Use simple hand tools to complete tasks. Operate string trimmers and power blowers. Operate walking or small riding lawn mowers.
    • Follow equipment and tool manuals. Follow verbal and written instructions.
