    About the Position: Position(s) will be filled under the Department of the Army Pathways Intern Program. Click here or more information on Pathways program participation.

    THIS POSITION WILL START NO EARLIER THAN 12 MAY 2019.

    For this internship, you must be able to work full-time when not attending classes (i.e. summers, fall and spring breaks, etc.).
    Part time schedule MAY be authorized while in school.

    Responsibilities

    • Pathways Internship positions provide for development and training. Assignments become more responsible as incumbent increases knowledge and skills through work experience and academic training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to:
    • Create a variety of correspondence and reports using automation software.
    • Assists in maintaining filing system for office in accordance with requirements.
    • Performs a variety of office support assignments in the areas of travel, procurement, budget, accounting, office reception, and timekeeping.
    • Perform other clerical assignments of increasing complexity as training and experience progress.
    • Assist higher level staff with special projects.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - Business travel is approximately 5% of the time.
