We are currently looking to hire students for our Summer Internship Programme to our Budapest office in Hungary.


The Summer Internship is a 3-month program running between mid-June and mid-September. This is a paid program with competitive salary.


Currently we only accept candidates who can work with us full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the program.


Job purpose:

The main aim of this summer internship program is to provide support to HR Mobility team reporting to Mobility Case Manager located in Hungary. Purpose of the internship is to streamline the mobility related invoicing activities and preparing a standardized and simplified process flow.            

Key responsibilities:

·Provide support in the daily work of the HR Mobility Manager covering Central Eastern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa

·Connect with internal Citi teams involved in the invoicing procedure and map the current state process

·Streamline the invoicing process for HR Mobility with the help of the Accounts Payable teams

·Document the standardized processes and prepare an end-to-end process flow chart

·Support regional mobility team with ad hoc activities

This is a paid, tax effective internship program and remuneration is considered competitive amongst similar internship roles available in Hungary.

  • Currently completing a university degree at a Hungarian higher education institution (with a valid Hungarian student ID card)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • MS Officnternship experience is an advantagee knowledge (Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel)
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Good organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Interest in the financial processes of invoicing and accounting
  • Previous internship experience is an advantage
