The CTI (Citi Technology Infrastructure) Global Full-Time Analyst Program starts in September 2019 and is intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles. We will support you through your development with recommended extended training, e-learning, project tasks, buddy and mentoring programs, networking events and a business speaker series. You will have an opportunity to acquire and develop your competencies across CTI organization in areas such as:
  • Project, Operation and Risk Management,
  • IT Infrastructure Management (Windows Servers, Unix Servers, Databases, Network, Middleware and other)
Upon completion of the program, Graduates are placed for permanent roles with CTI organization.
Your time here will look something like this...
  • Work hand-in-hand with the world's leading computer and software technologies to develop and support new components, and enhance existing platforms to provide competitive advantage to many of the key business functions within Citi
  • Learn how to architect, design, support, and build some of the largest and most global solutions available in the financial service market
  • Provide hardware, operating systems and telecommunication products and services to all Citi's businesses
  • Translate business requirements and needs into information technology solutions, and bridge the gap between various businesses and the technology staff
  • Receive exciting opportunities in business analysis, project management and business continuity
  • Work in close cooperation with other Citi technology teams and with a diverse global internal client base spanning Europe, the Middle East and Africa and other regions, to assist with the rollout, reengineering and maintenance of systems globally

We want to hear from you if...
  • You are at least a third year student by June 2019 (fields of study: Technology and Maths related) with maximum one year of experience (by September 2019)
  • You are available for full-time from September 2019
  • You demonstrate strong interest in technology and will to learn new software applications
  • You have very good command of English (Minimum B2 level)
  • You possess problem-solving and analytical skills in order to propose suitable solutions to a variety of common technology problems
  • You have a strong academic record, you are a proactive and self-motivated individual, willing to take responsibility, enjoy new challenges and easily adapt to change 
  • You possess the ability to efficiently plan and organize your own workloads
  • You are able to cooperate with others to achieve goals and are willing to work with all levels of the organization
  • You possess innovative approach with ability to think outside the box and beyond the limits of a position or process
