Main Responsibilities:

  • Service PO Management

    • Based on quotation, accept and check PO, and process service contract registration;

    • Create service BOQ and upload to system;

    • Activate service contract and maintain service activation date;

    • Handle service PO online documentation and track PO renewal;

       

  • Spare Parts Management

    • Manage Enterprise spare parts tracking, on time rate of repair;

    • Support faulty spare parts replacement in overseas projects, including confirm faulty spare parts replace requests, provide customs clearance documents, verify returned faulty parts and send them to center warehouse.

       

  • PMO Support

    • Check whether all acceptance documents (such as PAC and FAC) meet company requirements;

    • Support Project Managers to ensure timely revenue and billing.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Good MS Excel skills and the ability to learn how to use proprietary software quickly.

  • Can think logically and provide answers to customer questions as well as resolutions for various issues that may arise.

  • Open minded and readiness to be part of a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

  • Self-motivation and strong sense for responsibility.

  • Fluent English and German.

  • Candidates must be eligible to work within the European Union.
