Key Accountabilities:
  • Researches, writes, edits, and proofreads complex technical data for use in documents or sections of documents such as manuals, procedures and specifications to provide clients with information regarding technical areas in a less technical way

 
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and documentation requirements
  • Create and maintain the information architecture.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
  • Write technical documentation for our developer audience, such as reference docs and developer guides
  • Review product documentation
