    As Human Resources Specialist, GS-0201-07, the selected applicant(s) will serve as an entry-level trainee enrolled in the DLA Pathways to Career Excellence Program (PaCE) Program performing a series of progressively more responsible human resource functions, along with formal and on-the-job training (OJT).

    Responsibilities

    • Candidates selected from this announcement may be placed in the DLA Pathways to Career Excellence (PaCE) Program performing a series of progressively more responsible functions, along with formal and on-the-job training (OJT).
    • Providing a range of HR services in one or more of the following functional specialties; classification, recruitment and placement, employee relations, labor relations, employee benefits, HR processing/quality control to customers around the world.
    • Applying fundamental HR management methods, principles, and practices of assigned specializations and standardized methods and techniques and applies specific rules, regulations, or procedures to complete HR assignments.
    • Working in conformance with established practices and prescribed procedures and using a number of guidelines directly applicable to the assignment.
