Participate in gathering and documenting IT Infrastructure (ITI) system requirements, processes and assist with authoring ITI system documentation under general supervision. Support the ITI project manager by providing input for any stage of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), as necessary. Support the ITI team, as necessary.
-Experience with data gathering and analysis using common office automation tools
-Experience with providing verbal and written discussions of analytical findings using narrative and graphics forms
-Ability to work with customers, users, and project leads to analyze, design, implement, or support telecommunications and IT business applications and systems
-Ability to create and maintain project schedules or task data, including cost, schedule, and performance metrics
-Ability to analyze functional or technical requirements defined by project leads to include customers and end users and think critically to develop solutions
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with telecommunications vendor systems and processes
-Experience with government-wide telecommunications acquisition contracts
-Knowledge of telecommunications and IT environments and related functional or technical activities and events
