Voice and Data Specialist, Mid

As a voice and data specialist on our project, you’ll ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available, constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies, and update and patch critical systems. You’ll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You’ll help the team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like Cloud computing, software defined networking, and the latest enterprise CRM tools. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise as you help your team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. -Experience with supporting videoconferencing (VTC) and collaborative A/V efforts
-Experience supporting IT HelpDesk
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with Cloud computing architecture, deployments, and maintenance
-Ability to work independently and complete assignments and projects effectively in a timely manner
-BA or BS degree
