    You will serve as a Student Trainee for COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.

    • You will create, copy, edit, and store a wide range of documents in final form from handwritten drafts (e.g., correspondence, reports, graphs, etc.)
    • You will prepare a wide range of documents using automated systems (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
    • You will update, revise, and manipulate data in spreadsheets to meet multiple report formats
    • You will receive and answer routine telephone inquiries or refer to appropriate staff member
    • You will maintain office files in subject and chronological order
