    This position is located in the Thermodynamics Research Center Group, Applied Chemicals and Material Divsion, Material Measurement Division, National Institute of Standards and Technology in Boulder, CO.

    This is a Student Internship opportunity under the Pathways Program.

    Performs tasks using equipment, instruments, or software related to a technical professional field and records the results of such use. Under close supervision, uses specific detailed guidelines and refers deviations to the supervisor for resolution. Work outputs facilitate the work of others but have little impact beyond the immediate office.

    To provide computer science support under close supervision to project leaders involved in reviewing and evaluating experimentally derived thermophysical property data to be collected from scientific literature w/emphasis on pure, binary and ternary mixtures of organic compounds.

    Contribute to design & perform analysis of both guided data capture & expert system software designed by the TRC, particularly in the development of new expert system software for automated document analysis.
