If selected, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for administering Human Resources (HR) programs. This is a developmental position where you will perform the less complex tasks of the position independently and receive specific instructional guidance in the accomplishment of the more difficult assignments. Assignments will become progressively more difficult in nature and are designed to provide the competencies required to successfully perform.
Typical Duties Include:- Maintaining automated databases in order to track information and extract data to generate documents, records, and reports;
- Reviewing and preparing correspondence, maintaining case files, responding to customer inquiries, and providing a variety of information as appropriate;
- Assisting Senior HR Specialist with ensuring timely processing of and resolving problems associated with requests for personnel actions and coordinating closely with payroll personnel to resolve employee issues and ensure timely correction of errors; and
- Analyzing reports to identify historical trends, quality control issues, and offering recommendations based on the data analysis;
