    Summary

    About the Position: Position may be filled as a Temporary Promotion or Temporary Reassignment NTE 2 years by a current permanent Army Employee.

    Position may be filled as a Term Appointment NTE 2 years, if the candidate is not a current permanent Army employee.

    Term appointments may be extended up to a maximum of eight (8) years.

    This term position may be converted to permanent for status candidates at a later date.

    This position is obligated to an overseas employee.

    Responsibilities

    • Conducts evaluations of activities involving potentially hazardous environmental health conditions.
    • Participates in special studies related to a particular environmental health problem, complaint, or suspected medical condition related to environmental health factors and stresses.
    • Coordinates with personnel to prepare reports of potential environmental health hazards and recommending measures for their reduction or elimination.
