What we look for:

Our Summer Associate (Internship) program is tailored to university students who are currently studying their undergraduate degree, with the internship taking place between your penultimate and final year of study. At L.E.K. we are open to a range of backgrounds and recruit graduates from all degree disciplines. Those successful in gaining a Summer Internship, who outperform our expectations, may subsequently secure themselves a job offer for an Associate (Graduate) role following the completion of your studies. We look for outstanding academic achievement, comfort with quantitative analysis, notable extracurricular interests and demonstrated leadership and teamwork, which together form an excellent base for the path to becoming an Associate with L.E.K Consulting.


The Summer Associate role:

As a Summer Associate, will be a focal point of the project team.  You will be responsible for the basic research and analysis upon which each client engagement is based. 

Specific responsibilities include gathering data and developing detailed strategic and financial analysis which will be used to determine the recommendation.  You will work with the case team to derive insights, conclusions and recommendations based on the analysis. 

Case work may include developing a view of a future market, developing a valuation model for a company, or helping implement change on a transformation project.  You will work across a variety of industries and be exposed to many different business operations.
