  • Duties


    This position is located at the Mashpee Indian Health Clinic, Mashpee, MA. The purpose of this position is to provide basic medical records file maintenance, appropriate medical coding, and correct documentation of medical records for the Mashpee Service Unit.

    Learn more about this agency


    Perform basic medical records coding of diseases, procedures, and causes of injury using appropriate coding standards and procedures.
    Enter abstract information into the patient care software system.
    Extract medical records for various clinics and re-files as appropriate.
    Maintain medical records confidentiality.
