    • Use computer programs and research techniques to perform analysis, research and evaluation activities including research design.
    • Work or educational experience in Spanish.

    • Knowledge of social science and survey methodological principles to improve data quality in surveys and censuses.

    • Knowledge of computer programs and techniques to implement survey research.
    • Professional or educational experience in Spanish with reading, writing, and communicating verbally at a high level of fluency.
