  • You lead own projects and subprojects as part of the Corporate Sales Excellence Team
  • You are responsible for the Lead Management process at Voith – therefore you identify and analyze potential new customers and hand them over to the sales departments
  • Within the Lead Management you are not only a reliable contact for sales, but also contribute to the efficient use of new customer data thanks to your performance measurement
  • Your coordinate the Group-wide activities to measure customer satisfaction, ensuring a consistent, coordinated approach
  • Customer satisfaction measures will be developed by you step by step  in order to establish a group-wide, coordinated customer loyalty approach
  • You lead and moderate workshops and trainings with participants from all Voith Divisions
  • Through your projects and activities, you are also actively involved in the further development of the central CRM system (Salesforce.com)


  • You have completed a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • You have gained first professional experience in sales or a sales-related environment and have a high affinity for business and sales processes
  • You are very curious about process digitalization and digital B2B sales
  • You are eager to work on topics independently and develop them further with creativity and persistency
  • You are used to work very structured and your work appreciated because of your carefulness
  • You have strong communication skills and personal strength and thus you are able to keep track even in a complex environment
  • You are fluent in writing and speaking English, German is a plus
  • Teamwork, social skills, commitment, flexibility and assertiveness complete your profile
  • Business trips now and then are not a problem
